Make Your Choice with Complete Confidence
Expert gynae guidance on choosing your delivery method, plus what every Singapore mum should know about being completely prepared

A hospital antenatal class can help you learn the basics.
But real feeding life can still feel very different.
In the first few days, things may not go as planned. Baby may not latch well. You may worry about milk supply. You may get different advice from different people. And if you plan to go back to work, pumping can feel like a whole new problem to solve.
There are also a few baby planning decisions that many parents only hear about too late.
This session helps you think about these things earlier, while you still have time and headspace.
But real feeding questions often come up fast
But many early problems are common
But some things are easier to understand before baby arrives

Understand common feeding challenges and explore practical ways to breastfeed that can work for you and your baby.

Get clearer on latch, milk supply, pumping and mixed feeding so you can make more informed decisions with confidence.

Understand what many mums need to think through before going back to work, from pumping and supply to what feels realistic day to day.
There is also a short educational part on baby planning topics that some parents prefer to understand before birth.
